	As church schools embark on the second round of SIAS inspections try using "Son of SEF" to help you focus on the real meaning of the four key SIAS questions. This can be used instead of your Diocesan SEF or Toolkit which you filled in first time around.  It should be more concise and therefore not so time -consuming!
	Not one of  our resources this (we wish it was).  Why not use the Diocese of Worcester's excellent creative resource on "Listening to the Voice of the Learner" to enable your pupils to contribute to school self-evaluation.
